DNTP Mix

Product Description

This DNTP Mix is a ready-to-use mixture of 10 mM concentrations of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP in sterile deionized water at pH 7.0. This DNTP mix is appropriate for use in PCR, cDNA synthesis, and fill-in procedures, among other processes that call for pure deoxynucleotides. It is put through a series of quality control tests across a range of applications to make sure it is well suited for the most delicate PCR methods.
